I had to set up an account with Bristol Water today, though the website wasn’t very clear as to how to register for a new account, the LiveChat person I have been put through to, David, was immensely helpful and kind. I had no idea what I was doing as this is my first property, however, with David’s help everything was set up within 15 minutes and the billing was very transparent as well. Would definitely recommend for those who has no idea what they’re doing!
