I mistakenly ordered from this website instead of directly from the restaurant. While I did receive my food, the reciept given to me at time of delivery was not my credit card that was used and was on... See more

This fraud business acts like legit online ordering website. Also, charges extra fees without giving any details. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Really great, super fast delivery. I’ll definitely be using bring me that again!
Terrific turkey sandwiches. We had the Turkey Club, the Turkey Turkey, and the Super Panes (turkey, bacon, ham). All fresh, really big, tasty. Side of Garlic Potato Salad not to be missed! Easy to order online for pickup. Don’t forget—Panes is cash only. Counter person especially friendly and efficient.
First time using, was extremely easy.i will continue to use in the future. I have already shared with family I know that frequently orders using delivery services.
Being in a long-distance relationship is tough, and worrying about your girlfriend who forgot to bring her dinner with her placed me in a predicament. Would I be willing to drive six hours round trip to bring my girl dinner? Yes, of course, I would! Fortunately, "Bring Me That" allowed me to purchase a nice dinner for my Sweetheart and have it delivered to her place of employment at a fraction of the cost it would have taken me to drive to Keokuk from Saint Louis. Thank you for providing this service! I will make sure I use it again!
It was fast and efficient service. Hard to beat that. No complaints from this corner
My first experience with you was excellent. Service faster than what I was told and the food was perfect. Polite driver. Thank You.
First time using, and was pleased.
Was not aware of a $9.95 charge each month if you use them or not. Do not get involved in that!!!! You pay a charge for them to deliver then they charge you each month.
Our food was delivered in the time promised. It was hot and delicious! The driver was courteous. Overall great experience after a busy week at work. We will definitely order again.
Do NOT trust this site!! They state a price + plus service fee and after you pay the price is increased! I have reported them to the BBB and they have 95 complaints already listed on the BBB site!!!
food arrived quickly and was very good thank you
First time customer and I was pleased. Their customer service was great: I had a question and they emailed with me immediately.
Terrible customer service and the prices I viewed on their website did not match what I was charged. I travel across the country for work with several colleagues and none of us will use this “service” again.
My order arrived earlier than expected. The food very hot and the drinks were cold(Considering it was 106 degrees outside that was awesome.) The driver was polite. I would positively recommend this to everyone. It was so easy!!!
The food was delivered faster that advertised and it was hot. Very good and will used this delivery method in the future
After calling a local Italian restaurant and finding they had no delivery option, they suggested I use a delivery service. Google Maps' entry for the place linked to BringMeThat. After paying $4.50, I received an email saying my order had been placed and would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. I contacted their customer service and made it clear there was a mistake, this was a delivery order. They explicitly told me they were not a delivery service, they were only an ordering service, and the $4.50 was a convenience charge. Convenience for what? I could've placed a carryout order with the restaurant when I was on the phone with them. They provided no service and signed me up for their $9.95-a-month "premium" plan (despite my deliberately NOT checking the box on their web page). When I complained to customer service, they offered to cancel the order at the restaurant -- but never offered to refund the $4.50 they defrauded from me. BringMeThat doesn't do delivery. Think about that one for a moment. It should be called YouHaveToGoPickItUp.
I own and operate a cafe in a tiny town. We have a system that accepts online pick up orders for customers. We received a call asking to place a pick up order under a name. I told the person that if it was a pick up order she could place the order on her phone quick and easy. She then proceeded to tell me that she rather not, and just call it in. Then she started to order items that were not on the menu since 2010. When I told her we don't have these items anymore she said "well can't you just make them!" Trying to keep our customers happy I said that we would try our best with the ingredients we currently have and may have to sub a few. As I was talking with this person on the phone the REAL customer walks in the door to pick up her order that she apparently had placed online. Our system automatically prints online orders and we receive a email for us to confirm the order. I told her I had not see the order but since she was there we could quick make it. THE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from what she thought she ordered online. Come to find out that this company take orders without the restaurants consent and takes the cc info of customers to charge them a fee of 4.50 using the restaurants name (without their authorization to do so.) This i would think is illegal. BAD BAD BAD and VERY FRAUDULENT. It has been reported to the Better Business Bureau of New York,
I just ordered from them to a close restaurant and I got a call from the restaurant asking if I just placed in order which I did then the total they gave I thought was a little off but I just figured maybe that they disnt have one thing that I ordered. Then like 20 minutes later the bring me that at person (Sofia)emailed me and said that they didn't have any of the food that I ordered and wanted to know if I still want to proceed when obviously the restaurant was already making food so I told them that they just called me and gave me a total then the bring me that person replied by saying they ordered me mushroom cheese chicken sandwich and cheese poppers with out even asking if I liked or wanted that but by the time my food got here it was too late to cancel and I did not like the sandwich at all which I do not blame the restaurant at all I blame the bring me that person who did this without even reaching out to me before the restaurant started making the food. I will never ever use bring me that again.
Had a fabulous delivery of 4 pizzas and a sandwich, all came very hot still and the delivery was prompt and they called to confirm. Very professional.
Took a long time but was good
