The poor delivery man came to us in the pouring rain - with a big smile!

Great food and timely delivery! We live in a small town so finding a restaurant that delivers is tough. This was convenient and fast.

Food was delicious, portions were big enough to provide dinner for 3 days, and delivery arrived before I expected. Definitely will order from China House again.

I work in a daycare center and it is difficult to have a specific time to eat. So when I figure out the time that I was going to be able to eat, I put in my lunch order. I rely on Bringmethat.com to bring my order to me. They are always quick and delightful to see when they deliver. I use them all the time and I will continue to use them.

My favorite meal is at this tiny hole in the wall restaurant near my house. One night after I was already prepared to call it a night my stomach reminded me that dinner should be a thing. BringMeThat came to my rescue from ramen or hotdogs! They are my favorite ally to combat bland food. I have even used them when mom burned a pot roast one night – which took a lot when you consider she was using a crockpot. They brought our order before the rest of dinner even got a tad bit chilled. Mom has the app on her phone now too.

Easy to order; Order was done when they said it would be;

We ordered food from this company online. It was supposed to be around $45.00. The restaurant called us saying they don’t do online orders and had no idea who this company was. I told them they were supposed to be like a grub hub who brings us our food and they said the caller told them the restaurant had to deliver it. Then we were charged $66 by the company. There is no customer service number on the website. If you see what areas they serve, they list every single town/city in each state. It’s a total scam. I have email proof from them saying they would refund me as I called them out but I still got charged.

ZERO stars!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered online, and just happened to see the little box at the bottom for a recurring charge, and unchecked it, so we will see if I get charged monthly, but anyway, the app took my order, took my money, and the restaurant never received my order or my money. We had to reorder and repay the restaurant for our food. The restaurant had never even heard of "Bring Me That". RIP OFF ALERT, and check your account for recurring charges, because that would have been very easy to miss on their website.....

BringMeThat just made my work life so much better! You can order from almost any restaurant and someone picks it up for you. They deliver at home, but even better I can get whatever I’m hungry for at work too! Yes this is my favorite app.

To keep bringing your favourite dishes to you, they have updated their prices. Your total order is $41.87. Is this fine with you? Best, BringMeThat Customer Support” Well when I got my order it came with a menu, the prices on the menu are the same prices that are listed on their web page. I was told 45 minutes to have the food delivered, it was more like a hour, and a half. When I called the restaurant to ask about the order, they said my order had been called in only 20 minutes before hand. Never again!!!

They took our money and placed an order with a restaurant that they don’t actually service. We waited for over two hours and our food never arrived. We called the restaurant and were told they don’t know who this service is. We have been trying to get our money refunded since mid November(2weeks). They don’t respond to emails and have no phone number to reach them at. I would not recommend anyone to them....unless you like getting ripped off. Long Beach Residents

This is the email I sent to them........They are a fake website.......They called the restaurant and said they are not a delivery service they wanted to try the food........."After the phone calls and emails earlier today it is obvious that you are a Fraud website that will try to make money from other peoples work. You tried to call the restaurant and pretend to be the customer and said you were me and not a delivery service. I talked with the manager of Twin Kegs and she told me what you tried. Then your agent hung up the phone on me......The manager of the restaurant is also filing a complaint with Federal Boards. I hope you get shut down" Thats the email I sent them Worst service possible.....DO NOT USE

Absolute disaster switched pricing & added delivery charge after i placed order without telling me

I used Bring Me That service instead of the delivery services I usually use but never again. On the website my total with delivery fees included was $33. When the restaurant confirmed the order by email the price jumped to $45. Not only were the prices significantly increased by the restaurant, I was charged a $5 delivery by the restaurant in addition to the $4.50 Bring me that charged. Plus it was stated the tip was not included in the $9.50 delivery charges. All together I payed an additional 50% in fees and service added to the original price I expected to pay, which had a service already included. At least with other services like Grub Hub they are upfront about all fees so you know what you are paying in advance. This service is a scam and I will never use it again.

new to this site and dont really know how to use it yet. so i chose a restaurant that obviously didnt deliver. so once i realized i contacted customer support wrote them and i "tried" to use the live chat. which isn't "live" by the way and they DO NOT contact you right away like they say they do. was trying and needing to cancel order cause no way to go pick it up. it's been a little over a hour and still have not heard anything from them about a refund and canceling out my order. i will NOT refer or recommend them to anyone.

Fraud. Do not use this site. They charged me but my food still hasn't arrived and it's been 2 hours. The chat service has said multiple times that my food should be here shortly. And here I sit, still waiting. I am very frustrated and feel like this site is a complete scam.

After using the website, clicking on a menu FROM bringmethat site, ordering, PAYING I get notice that oh you want to pick that up, this restaurant does not deliver. So why have it on the site showing they do and only AFTER making the order and paying do I then get notification that delivery is not an option. Feel scammed and frustrated. Now let's see if I get my money back

Bring Me That is one of the best online delivery service I have ever come across. Now, I can easily order my favorite food using this site. This site provides such reliable interfaces for all my requirements. The food is also delivered in very short span of time and the prices quoted for the services are also very affordable. I ordered online and it said the charge was $38 dollars. Then I get an email saying the charge is $48. I asked them about it and they said that the “restaurant had changed their prices”. They need to have accurate pricing on the website. Working in retail, if you price something incorrectly then legally you have to give the customer the lower price.
