the customer service for this company is shocking. Their CS agents are not trained fully - they don't have a clue what they are talking about on the phone. 2 weeks trying to solve a new connection issue. Only to find out the issue sat with one of the customer agents who never even communicated to each other and the connection was In limbo. it really doesn't take a lot to train your staff right.

Terrible company to deal with requested to leave as customer in Janary 25, still getting billed for a derelict house that does not have electricity tried contact their customer care team waste of time a call centre presumably in a faraway distant land no joy in getting any feedback understanding of what is happening only option is to ontract coomision for utilities and hope they may get to bottom of it

Easy to deal with. Straightforward online renewal offer that was very competitive. Followed up with a call from an agent. Probably the most seamless process I have had with any electricity provider and I have used them all.

I'm here with an 80 year old man that was scammed into switching to bord gais by giving him his quote without VAT. He realised too late and they are threatening to cut off his electricity. They have him jumping through hoops, not answering calls, not calling back, giving him contradictory information and stressing an elderly couple. It's shameful
