shocking customer service
the customer service for this company is shocking. Their CS agents are not trained fully - they don't have a clue what they are talking about on the phone. 2 weeks trying to solve a new connection issue. Only to find out the issue sat with one of the customer agents who never even communicated to each other and the connection was In limbo. it really doesn't take a lot to train your staff right.
