It took nearly two weeks to clearly…

It took nearly two weeks to clearly address my concern. I spoke with at least 7 or 8 (possibly more) different associates of your customer team until one was finally able to understand and properly address the issue. It was an exacerbating experience beginning on July 3, 2025 through July 16th.
