Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

In end done it myself

Even though I payed to get this service in the end i had to get up at 6.00am every morning to get a earlier date. This is the time this site should be looking . Not any later.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, don't waste your money or time. Over two months with no driving test booked despite registering three different centres and no reply when I contacted them on a few different occasions with queries. Total disappointment.

**Absolutely Disappointed with BookDrivingTest.com - Unprofessional and Unreliable Service**

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BookDrivingTest.com. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. First, I paid £19 for a suggested earlier driving test slot booking link. I received an email with one slot suggestion, but when I tried to book it on the GOV website, there were no slots available within a minute. It was misleading and a complete waste of money. Despite this, I decided to log in again to BookDrivingTest.com, hoping for a better outcome. They suggested that if I paid £49, they would secure my slot automatically within 48 hours. Trusting their promise, I made the payment. However, they failed to book my test slot as promised. The status showed that my slot was booked, but when I tried to log in to confirm, I encountered errors. To make matters worse, their customer service has been completely unresponsive. I have reached out multiple times without receiving any reply. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. If BookDrivingTest.com does not refund my money, I will be forced to take legal action against this website. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid using BookDrivingTest.com. Save your money and find a more reliable service.

No response, no help, just silence

One of the worst websites I’ve encountered in 2025. As soon as you pay, it becomes a ghost town. The entire user experience is frustrating—signing in is unclear, navigating the site is confusing, and even basic functions feel unnecessarily difficult. After updating my details, my account suddenly became inaccessible. To make matters worse, the so-called 24/7 support is nonexistent. No response, no help, just silence. If you check the reviews on the site, they’re all American, which should have been a red flag. I regret not noticing sooner. Avoid.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I joined the app on hope that they will find me a test sooner than 7 months I suppose to wait the communication with the team was excellent 👍👍👍 and they managed to give me the test in just 6 days which I was very happy with I will recommend everywhere this company used it you won't be disappointed just presently surprised again thank you for making my goal becoming reality

Not sure

I was frustrated with long waiting time so decided to go with them and started registiering on their website. However, I decided not to and did not complete the registeration. Within few minutes their sales agent called me and assured that there is 1 slot with them and asked me to pay. But right after paying there is nothing and customer contact asked me to wait few more days. They promised refund if they failed to find any slot. Now it has been 3 months and I cannot even contact them! Update: I received refund after 15 days.

This is probably a scam

This is probably a scam - not to be used. I've logged in with my details and paid the requested deposit of £19 , the message after that was reading that they'll get some slots in for me to book in the test center selected, which they did sent some slots , however, the website to book the slots in was DVSA GOV.UK, the same website which I officially used over and over to try booking my driving test. None of the dates provided in the email worked, none were available and note to say I've tried booking any of the dates shortly after I received the email. I've connected with they're system support via email and the message option given on the website. I've never heard from them.So if anyone sees this message, do not use the website.
