**Absolutely Disappointed with BookDrivingTest.com - Unprofessional and Unreliable Service**
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BookDrivingTest.com. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. First, I paid £19 for a suggested earlier driving test slot booking link. I received an email with one slot suggestion, but when I tried to book it on the GOV website, there were no slots available within a minute. It was misleading and a complete waste of money. Despite this, I decided to log in again to BookDrivingTest.com, hoping for a better outcome. They suggested that if I paid £49, they would secure my slot automatically within 48 hours. Trusting their promise, I made the payment. However, they failed to book my test slot as promised. The status showed that my slot was booked, but when I tried to log in to confirm, I encountered errors. To make matters worse, their customer service has been completely unresponsive. I have reached out multiple times without receiving any reply. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. If BookDrivingTest.com does not refund my money, I will be forced to take legal action against this website. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid using BookDrivingTest.com. Save your money and find a more reliable service.
