Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

Change right away and bad services

They have charged me even before I get any notifications, and once I got a notification which happens to be while I have the DVSA page is already open on my laptop, I refreshed the page which took a second and no slots available, and the same thing for all the notifications I got from them, they don't exist on the DVSA site. while I used other apps and once I got the notification I checked the website and found the slots and booked one. When I contacted them they refused to refund me the amount they took from my account. Which they took and not just on hold as they claim.

absolute scam! Edit: recieved refund

absolute scam!! unfortunately my £30 has gone to waste. Didnt get a test date after 3 months, tried to contact no reply. And no refund. Ive had to apply for an "active" test booking on gov.uk; for this company to work. Now I have got an unwanted exam in bedford! Edit/update: Fortunately, a kind staff has reached out to me and provided me with refund. However, I have successfully booked a driving test through gov.uk

This is been a great tool for a repeat fail testing. The DVSA site is awful and this takes the pressure off. Would definitely recommend and will use until the test is passed!

I signed up yesterday for booking…

I signed up yesterday for booking driving test as I heard they are quick to find you a early slot. So I got in touch with then as I had a date for August 2025 which is well late and after 1 day they found me a slot for march 2024 well recommended thankyou so much I won't have to wait long and I booked and paid for automatic booking service which they found and booked for me would definitely recommend thanks guys
