Change right away and bad services

They have charged me even before I get any notifications, and once I got a notification which happens to be while I have the DVSA page is already open on my laptop, I refreshed the page which took a second and no slots available, and the same thing for all the notifications I got from them, they don't exist on the DVSA site. while I used other apps and once I got the notification I checked the website and found the slots and booked one. When I contacted them they refused to refund me the amount they took from my account. Which they took and not just on hold as they claim.
