Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was Β£45 on top of Β£20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

Sham Company

Would give them zero stars if I could. Their service doesn't work and you can never book a slot - even the moment it comes up. They don't reply to any emails - ever. Their contract states that any disputes need to be raised in Istanbul so you are basically shafted if you have a problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update in response: The login to my account still does NOT work so it's impossible to opt-out and I never received their email on 27 Feb. I have never been able to book a single test based on the notifications (despite being on the DVSA website, ready, the moment the notification came through). So then they suggest the additional auto-booking service which is at extra cost as a way to book a test. If you cannot book off the notifications then the service they purport to offer is useless and certainly not in keeping with my expectations. I would not recommend this service.

Account verification code issue

Very bad experience with them I create an account and pay it 29 pounds for my driving test dates I get one test only and then second time I try to log in back but it's not working it's says need verification code but I cannot get any verification code on email so I don't know what to do next when I try to create another account it says you already have an account I'm so worried about this

What a scam

What a scam! Avoid them. They took my money and booked me a test in Scotland while I live in Somerset saying that they would then change it. I cannot sign in, there is no chat support and no number or email to contact them with.

Customer help option doesn't work

Customer help option doesn't work, money taken for notifications and now automated service, which is different to the AI advice (brilliant real language AI). Feeling a bit scammed although it appears that others have had a good experience. Please bookdrivingtest.co.uk can you make contact or provide a number?
