Would give them zero stars if I could. Their service doesn't work and you can never book a slot - even the moment it comes up. They don't reply to any emails - ever. Their contract states that any disputes need to be raised in Istanbul so you are basically shafted if you have a problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update in response: The login to my account still does NOT work so it's impossible to opt-out and I never received their email on 27 Feb. I have never been able to book a single test based on the notifications (despite being on the DVSA website, ready, the moment the notification came through). So then they suggest the additional auto-booking service which is at extra cost as a way to book a test. If you cannot book off the notifications then the service they purport to offer is useless and certainly not in keeping with my expectations. I would not recommend this service.
