The delivery was excellent. Arrived as expected. The delivery team noticed that I had just had a new carpet fitted and removed their shoes without being asked. They were very thoughtful and it was very appreciated. Thank you.

I made one purchase, however ended up with 2 deliveries. A large part of my order had to be exchanged. The delivery guys were not to blame. Quality checks were poor and let Cotswold Company down. BJS Home delivery kept me informed and deliveries ran smooth on both occasions. I now have the perfect goods I should have received first time around.
