Phoned me two times to let me know how far away they were and arrived earlier than estimated delivery time! The guys were really helpful and friendly (on one of the hottest days of the year too)! Excellent service!!

Rude, I greeted them with a cheery good morning, might as well have been speaking to myself. Asked them if they could take the boxes upstairs, 3 word answer, hallway delivery only, no sorry or explanation. When finished just shoved his phone towards me to sign, didn't ask me to sign it, just pushed the phone towards me, and no thank you when I did. not impressed, manners cost nothing.

Horrible service, purchased an 8 seater table and chairs, and was dumped in the middle of my staircase, was only lifted half a floor because I complained. They were planning to leave it at the entrance of my house. It was stated at the time of confirming delivery that will be lifted 2 floors. Will never be using them again or purchase from any retailer that uses them. How can you not offer a lifting service when you are delivering furniture? Embarrassing

Excellent. Order on time. Delivery drivers very carefully put my delivery in room of choice. Drivers very pleasant and cheerful.

Turned up within the windows they said they would. Receivednew mattress promptly but had to rebook the old mattress disposal as first crew had a person with a fabric allergy. To be fair the second crew turned up the day after when they said they would and took the old mattress away no problems.

Two very helpful, polite men deliver a very heavy sideboard. They had traveled about 300 miles yet they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our sideboard was in perfect condition and they even took the packaging with them. 10/10 for BJS

Really easy and on time. I liked that they gave a 3 hour window the day before and then on the day, called 30 minutes before they were due to arrive.
