Plenty of warning before delivery arrived. Delivery chaps very friendly and polite.

Delivery was great, men were helpful and polite, everything went smoothly. Great job.

Good advance notification, and made sure that they had more than one telephone number to get hold of me on. Rang to check if they could deliver earlier than my notified delivery slot. Very polite, diligent delivery crew. While on site, they asked me to speak to their office who wanted to confirm the delivery was complete and did not appear to be damaged.

Box ripped damaged taped up if you could even call it it that, no surprise that its been in back back of a van for 2 days been thrown around whilst the driver drives round streets like a maniac I would be surprised if anything coming of that van is delivered in one piece. Yet again another awful experience

Appalling. Scruffy deliverymen. Uncooperative. Incorrectly instructed. If they had any common sense we could have compromised on the delivery shortfall and they would not have had to take the delivery away. Would not knowingly use them again. You need a zero on the ratings form for jobs like this. Not worth a star.

Exactly on time, good advanced communication (to specify exact time), friendly and efficient - carrying item upstairs for us. Very happy!

I was waiting for my M&S chair to be collected from BJS I had a call to say they would be with me in 30 minutes, 10 minutes after the call I got another call to say they wouldn’t be coming as a road was closed, unsure how I can give a review for something that didn’t take place and they have had the cheek to say pick up was attempted

The staff were friendly, efficient and on time. Communicated before time! The only problem we have is that the mattress protector does not in any way fit the mattresss!!!!!

They are just a liar 3:15 they said will delivered and 3:19 I called them and he said is 40 minutes far and send a message customer not at home . Our shop is open the door is open stupid liar and also his Name is Moahamed

Pre-delivery information was very good and timely. Delivery team ?155 were polite and efficient. Wish all deliveries were carried out with such efficiency.

Delivery was on time and I was called before the delivery arrived. The guys were very polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

Team-075 delivered my wardrobe flatpack today, and the two men were really friendly, professional and confirmed everything they were doing. They very kindly took my parcels upstairs for me to make life easier for me, and were so upbeat (especially for a hot day in the sun and a long drive back to Birmingham ahead of them!). Really pleased with the delivery, this is the third time BJS have delivered to my home, and it has been a really pleasant and easy experience each time. The delivery window notice beforehand was helpful, and the men delivering today gave me a ring 45 mins before they arrived to confirm they were on their way and eta. Really pleased again!
