Helpful and polite

Polite, on time, took care with the TV box

Very good delivery service, and hour before the given time slot

New refrigerator. Called in advance to advise of expected delivery time. Quickly and safely taken through the lounge into the kitchen where it was unboxed and all packaging taken away. Great job!

Lovely pair of guys delivered a significant amount of heavy boxes of furniture in the blistering heat. They brought them to our room of choice with care and we're very professional. Would highly recommend!

Notified me the day before. Then a 3 hour window and then 40 minutes before delivery. Very much appreciated.

Appalling, rude and threatened with a failed delivery if I didn’t agree to leave in a safe place - I was away and had asked for delivery the following day but they came anyway. Very angry lady hung up the phone on me and I phoned back and was told to hurry up and allocate a safe place because their drivers needed to leave despite being asked not to deliver that day. THE DELIVERY TEAM WERE NOT THE PROBLEM IT WAS THE LADY ON THE PHONE AMD THE FACT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED WHEN ASKED.

Delivery man just looked at the door and said "that won't fit in the box, I'll just leave it here (outside) and you'll definitely get it in once they're out of the box" Then they got me to confirm on the phone with this woman who I couldn't understand that they could leave it outside but I also had no choice - they didn't ask if it was okay they just said there was no way for them to get it in. Edit - escalating this internally won't give me my £50 back
