Excellent communication from BJS following a mixed-up delivery a week ago (I was home, but it was recorded as not home). The item was delivered without issue today, following the rescheduled delivery. I can't amend my original review, but I will say BJS handled the issue with professionalism and courtesy, and deserves credit for its competent handling of the mix-up.
It was the hottest day of the year and I was keeping the kids cool In the paddling pool. The driver dropped off a mattress and happily carried it 100m up the hill into our Shepards hut. When I tried moving it later I couldn’t even lift it. Nice bloke and fantasticly helpful. I think he was called Mohit Salaria. Thank you
Good communication and 3 hour time window
I was kept informed with regular updates and given a 3 hour time slot. On the day of delivery I recieved a call to say they were 30 minutes away. Prompt and Polite professional service.
Amrik and Mohit did an excellent job delivering our furniture. They phoned to say they would be 30 mins and arrived promptly and make light work of the large boxes. They took care to ensure the boxes didn’t damage any walls and were placed carefully in the room.
Excellent value for money and service
It was rubbish waited for delivery slot but 2hrs into slot was told of family emergency and told delivery would now be Tues not happy at all
From start to end excellent service. Kept me updated on delivery. The delivery men were kind and very respectful.
Not happy about my delivery - 2 out of 4 items smashed up because they were just sliding around the back of their van. None of them secured, none of it protected. The two drivers were just bickering about it and trying to pressure me to sign for it and take the smashed items, which I refused. Eventually they took the smashed items back but it was half an hour of arguing! Awful experience!
Our experience was amazing. The two gentlemen were polite, efficient and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. All our concerns regarding placing a kingsize ottoman bed in our new home were unfounded.
