The delivery guys were fantastic, but what upset me is that BJS have turned off the air con in their van to save on fuel! This is outrageous when it is above 30 and they had already driven 2 hours to me to start their deliveries. If it was an office, there would be a required temperature to ensure safe working conditions - surely this must also apply to delivery trucks?! I find it absolutely shocking and I hope this feedback gets taken onboard and that things change, quickly.

Good service, send me text reminders and 3 hour window prior to delivery as well as called me an hour before they arrived.

Delivery guys were helpful and respectful. It was the hottest day of the year and they had been on the road since 4am, my delivery was at 2pm and they were still friendly and polite Thanks

All OK but to start with no tracking information at all had to contact seller to chase

This company uses outside call centres that do not comply with the retailer’s strict instructions. I requested a call 30 min before they leave to come do my delivery. They called me upon arrival and then would not wait. Ring camera evidence showed them arrive and leave within 2min. The result: customer care agent from outside the UK, doesn’t speak proper English and has no regard for instructions given. Delivery drivers are overloaded and overall service is just POOR!!! I will now cancel my order and leave the other company a poor review due to their lack of service!

We received a 3 hr delivery slot but we received a call earlier in the day eith expected time of arrival and we were pleasantly surprised that our delivery was actually received earlier in the day. Very polite delivery men. Highly recommend.

Struggled with moving the sofa around. Made a small hole in the wall after slaming a door into it.

Great communications

This is my second delivery & it went great! Very Professional Delivery Company. They keep you informed days before your delivery by email & text. On the day of delivery you are phoned verifying your delivery is on it’s way & again when the guys in the van are close to your house, giving you 20-30 minutes notice that they will be at your house very soon. Great Company & very pleasant staff. Thank you for another on schedule delivery.

Lovely guys delivered my new sofa bed & put it right where I wanted it. They were friendly & polite and only missed the time given by a few minutes so I feel a bit mean taking a star off for that! Communication was excellent throughout
