Delivered to the correct address for a start 🙂 They were fabulous guys and kept me up to date with the delivery time, even let me know they would be earlier.

Delivery company kept me informed of date & time of delivery. Very pleasant delivery men. Overall a good experience.

All process was good.

Absolutely horrendous experience - damaged the goods they were delivering yesterday morning as well as my property, failed to unpack an item and take it to my room of choice (as I had paid for) and left with one of my items still in their van. Drivers were unprofessional and disinterested; clearly rushing to get to the next job, took no care in delivering my items and offered no apology for the damage. Re-delivery of missing item yesterday evening not within the two hour time slot originally advised or the later time slot subsequently advised; multiple excuses for the delay but I still don’t have the product paid for a day later. The worst part was receiving a document via email confirming receipt of all goods in perfect, unpacked condition to the correct rooms with no damage to my property…containing, purportedly, my signature despite me never having signed such acceptance of delivery slip. Could not advise against using this service more.

Gents picked up the package, it was very professional. I would prefer to have some receipt, proof of collection.

The whole experience was so easy. Easy to order online. Great vale I chose the option to have my old mattress removed and have delivery to the room. The company kept me informed of my delivery and then gave me a 3 hour window. The delivery drivers rang to let me know an exact time. When they arrived they removed their shoes and checked out where the mattress was going. They were very respectful of my property. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company.

After a not so good experience with bedside tables, which I have to now say has been resolved to my satisfaction, I was very pleased with the sofa delivery. The delivery men were very happy and the sofa is exactly as pictured

Good delivery service. Delivered the box in pristine condition, no scuffs. Item was in perfect working condition. Delivery man was friendly. Had a confirmation call to ensure I was satisfied with the delivery.

Rude and abrupt delivery staff. Delivered to the front door not to the room of choice as advertised No choice over delivery day and so not very convenient and only have the option of paying a fee to change it

I like that i got all items i ordered. However the delivery guy was rude. He kept ringing intercome. When i went downstairs, he expected my help. I did help but didn't get a thank you. He kept complaining BJs didn't bag items. My previous deliveries always carried a caddy with them.

They dumped the box with the very heavy compressed mattress on the floor of the bedroom and left. By the time I had realised they were gone. I rang to ask if they should put the mattress on the bed and take the rubbish they said it was not part of their job! We are talking 10 minutes for two fit young men. A whole different proposition for a 70 year old man. Definitely not the service I was expecting.

Beautiful table legs were easy to assemble , delivery was excellent. Communication was good throughout, I would highly recommended this company.

Website very good with a lot of information allowing input to confirm house location and any restrictions on parking etc. Kept informed of delivery time slot and received telephone call 1 hour before delivery. Friendly and helpful delivery team.

The delivery experience was fantastic with great communication from purchase to arrival. Purchased on a Tuesday evening and it was delivered early the next Saturday afternoon. A 3 hour delivery time slot was provided the previous day and a phone call when the driver was 45 minutes away. Easily the best delivery/courier service I've ever experienced.

Shocking company who are not truthful or efficient. Ask for instructions to be relayed in writing and then ignore them. Shocking

Two lovely young lads took the furniture to the room, took all the wrapping away. Took 10 minutes. Great service.
