Brilliant great delivery

Had a few deliveries from this company for Dusk products and always had excellent service. Clear delivery instructions and opportunity to change delivery circumstances. The drivers communicate through email, text and WhatsApp as well as giving you a call when they are half an hour away. Products always arrived in perfect condition and care taken when leaving them.

Very quick and helpful delivery. Polite and friendly gentlemen.

Couldn’t fault it. Chose the day I wanted and given a 3-hour delivery slot 24-hours before the scheduled day. Delivered within the 3-hour window too. Excellent service, thank you BJS.

Great service

Delivery time after ordering very quick within the days they indicated. They seemed to be very organised, giving the day of delivery and also contacted me on a Sunday evening to tell me the 3 hour window. They phoned 25 mins before arrival, and arrived in the middle of the 3 hour window time. My chairs were carried through by a pleasant and helpful chap who asked where I wanted the chairs. We are very pleased by our experience.

Did exactly as I asked, notified me as to approximate time of delivery and arrived when he said, very prompt and polite manner, couldn't ask for more!

Efficient in as much as letting me know when the delivery would be made. The delivery timeslot offered was 7-10, which differed from Mattressman's hours of 8-6. The delivery men did not engage with me at all, they only spoke with my husband.

Email day before with delivery window, call 3 hours before, arrived in time and took the goods to the house as well. Really nice guys as well
