I will never accept delivery from these criminals again.
Where to start! - Damaged our house - Drove like idiots down our road (braked so hard you heard the items fall over!) - Refused to take furniture to our room of choice (as per their delivery paperwork), - £2,000 worth of furniture damaged and delivered up-side-down. - Poor English, and what little they do speak is incredibly rude. - Then when asked to leave they try and force access by shoving their arm through our front door to take a picture of the boxes dumped in our hallway which blocked our access. The goods were shipped on behalf of Oak Furniture Warehouse, they have lost a customer due to the shocking delivery experience we went through. If this firm ever are instructed to deliver to my home again they will be refused access. Not welcome.
