Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USA... See more

Wij zijn al jaren lid bij Bitdefender. Relatief eenvoudig in gebruik, maar bovenal betrouwbaar. Respons bij vragen is snel en goed. Wij zijn heel tevreden, om toch ter info wat voor ons minder belangrijke Cons: - Het Centraal Beheer betreft overzicht van apparaten en licenties, vinden we onoverzichtelijk. Met een beetje inspanning is daar wel uit te komen. - Parental Control is helaas niet zo uitgebreid als die van bijvoorbeeld Google.

j'ai eu la très mauvaise idée de passer par une adresse email independant au debut et ensuite de passer par mon adresse de particulier, résultat tous les ans, ca bugg, j ai paye aujourd 'hui 50€ pour rien, tanpis j en ai marre ne n’investigue plus, pour le reste, je trouve cet antivirus trop lourd, trop chère (94€ pour renouveler l'abonnement c'est exagéré), en plus il y a plein de fonctionnalités que l 'on paye et que l'on a pas besoin (vpn, check out, etc)
Die Umstellung des Zahldienst von Bitdefender auf Verifone/2Checkout ist eine Katastrophe. Seit 2 Wochen kann ich keine Zahlungsbedingungen oder die Option "automatischen Verlängerung" im Bitdefender Central abrufen. Außer netten E-Mail mit Entschuldigungen und wiederholten erneuter Nachfrage nach meinem Anliegen passiert nichts. Der neue Zahlungsdienstleiter Verifone reagiert ebenfalls nicht. Hoffe, dieser Erfahrungsbericht hilft anderen bei der Entscheidung für eine Antiviren-Software. Meine Geduld mit Bitdefender ist am Ende.
J'avais rencontré un souci d'activation avec un code pour Netgear armor, il y a une semaine. Le problème n'est toujours pas résolu pour une entreprise de sécurité informatique, ça craint. On paye un abonnement annuel et incapable de résoudre un problème technique. Pour moi, cette entreprise est incompétente pour résoudre certains problèmes techniques, j'ai perdu clairement patience une semaine sans sécurité pour moi, c'est énorme ! En espérant que je me fasse rembourser ! 😡 Mise à jour du 04/04/2025 : Je me suis bien fait rembourser, suite à votre message en commentaire, j'ai déjà apporté tous les éléments au service technique, bref quel manque de sérieux ! Mise à jour du 04/04/2025 à 15h10 : D'accord, je vous transmettrai les éléments par email. J'ai réussi à renouveler mon abonnement en allant directement sur armor.netgear.com sans code. Parce que avec le code ça n'a pas marché et c'était sur le site Bitdefender/2Checkout.
I pruchased a license from a reseller for bitdefender for a product TOTAL SECURITY. They told me it is described on Bitdefender website. It turns out the same name is used on their website to describe something else. so after i activated it it turns out password manager is not included. When i contacted support, they told me it is a different version and they are not responsible for their resellers although they named it exactly the same and there is not indication of new or old version and using the SAME NAME of the product. It was surprising that they do not own up to their obvious mistake of commercial clarity by simply naming the product of different versions the same name. Yet they were rude enough to simply make it at the reseller's fault that they cannot do anything about. Their policy does not allow them to fix it etc.. The reseller will not refund it because it was activated and guess what the reseller put the policy blame of no refund on the Bitdefender vendor. So pure corporate hypocrisy. I simply told them that this is the end of Bitdefender for me and my organization. I would recommend Norton 360 or Kaspersky to be a better option and i would go with them on renewal for sure.

Nach dem Erinnerungsschreiben von BD dass mein Abo abläuft, wollte ich es verlängern und erhielt jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung dass dieser Vorgang zZ nicht mögl. sei, ich soll später nochmal ... nach ein paar Tagen Service kontaktiert und erhielt ein Schreiben worin stand dass ich keine Dateien öffnen soll. Dann kam eine Rechnung aus Rumänien ohne Kontonummer. Jetzt warte ich auf AW von BD
In my opinion, Bitdefender is a scam regarding their subscription process. I purchased their $29.99 yearly plan good for one year. After installing on my pc and android phone, I found out it would not work on my Fire Tablet, and every time I tried to get it to install on my phone, a pop up stated I needed to purchase a more expensive subscription. I tried and tried to get in touch with their customer support but was disconnected after being transferred twice, on hold for over 15 minutes! Do not buy this "security"!!! Update: Bitdefender's response was to file a complaint via the link they sent. There is no such thing, AND, their "customer support" number is listed in response. So if I can't get through to their "support", what good is their information!
Service and Product are still number one, but loacation service on my 4 Devices are often not avaible and functionalliy so that it can takes more than one day to update a Location from a device. I dont know why i am spending 14€ esch month for no functionalitys like i will pay for... this is killing any positive feeling with bitdefender and your products that i have in last years, with this problem by this year in may account, so it give me fully negative feelings. Makes it supper difficult to install on other computers as they want your email so they can charge you 3 times as much when they auto renew and you forget to turn it off This is the only reason they force you to use an email address and make it impossible to put on other computers without one.Their is no need for email addresses to download the product as you have the passcode that comes with the product.Emails address is for the bill they send you when you forgot to turn of auto renew and they charge you 3 times more than the product is worth.Nobody want or needs this but they will not remove it as they want to scam its costumers in this way

Déjà client depuis des années et entièrement satisfait du service et du produit. Arrivant à l'échéance de mon abonnement, j'ai contacté le service d'assistance à la clientèle, qui a répondu rapidement à ma demande. Je renouvelle évidemment mon abonnement.
I have been using Bitdefender for years both personally and on our church account with no issues until today. I noticed on Amazon that they had a special offer for a 10 devices which I bought for our church. At the moment we only have 5 devices active and my intention was to extend the license period of the current 5 devices and add more devices to the account. Followed the instructions and went to the "My Subscriptions" web page and clicked the "Upgrade" button which produced another web page where the only option available was to buy another subscription which was useless to me as I already have a new subscription purchased from Amazon. I went back to "My Subscriptions" and the only other option was to press the "Activate with Code" button. This produced an entirely new subscription section, with no option to extend existing licenses, with 10 vacant licenses for new device allocation. It appears that extending existing licenses is a thing of the past and if you want to keep existing licenses active then auto renewal is now your only option. This in my opinion is very short sighted and denies loyal customers the option to take advantage of discounted offers on licenses to extend their subscription and forces existing customers to either purchase new licenses via the "Upgrade" button or to go down the auto renewal route both of which cost more and is clearly designed to benefit Bitdefender and not existing customers. With regret when my personal and church subscriptions expire I'll be looking elsewhere.

Das Programm ist an sich nicht schlecht, nur leider lässt sich das Abo nicht einfach kündigen. Wie bereits mehrere Nutzer geschrieben haben, fehlt schlicht der entsprechende Button. Ich habe also eine Email an den Kundenservice geschrieben, mit der Bitte, meine Kündigung zu bestätigen. Lt. Bitdefender ist eine Kündigung per Email möglich. Leider erhalte ich kieine Antwort. Also werde ich jetzt den Postweg nutzen, und meine Kündigung per Einschreiben einreichen. Für ein Software-Unternehmen eine Unverschämtheit.
I found the customer support very uncaring and useless. I was lied to in an email to resolve and issue, followed all the steps as well as wasting 3 days of time trying to resolve a simple issue. Did what they recommended and then they turned around and said a link they sent me was incorrect and I had to do the process all over again. Don't waste your money on this product, especially if you want support and not be lied too. As you've asked the Ticket Chat is 1010086283 and 1010084993. My contact details are on them. Don't you hate bad marketing, they come on these to reply about your review and say we're here to help, so jump through a few more hoops to get more information. Guess what, gave them all the information and didn't hear a word. THIS IS PR and not support of a longer term customer at all. Please if your looking at this company, don't bother if you expect support.
