Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USA... See more

Bitdefender appeared to offer good protection, but as with everything there's hidden problems that Bitdefender would like to keep hidden. One example is: When US based ip addresses search for Bitdefender ratings and reviews, the company has manipulated Trust Pilot to show only .au results. Not .us reviews. My company and my wife's accounts were compromised and majority of the activity came from Romania, Germany. Bitdefender had no liability though, because they are protected under the online user agreement. Let's stop and think about this for a moment. Think about all the times you heard about identity breaches in the news from either Microsoft, our healthcare system or even the US Social security offices and let's not forget about the IRS or cred karma or Equifax. What I found worked best: creating impossible passwords using several special characters. Example: $#@&+€√π% along with numbers and random letters. And never using the same password twice. My email address is even crazier but it works well. It's something like: 70$+90T@ whatever you choose for com. You see, most emails and passwords can be found or discovered because people use names or words in emails and passwords. Stop using logic in your password. Finally: go to the store and purchase a physical address book and write down your passwords there. Don't take a pic of it and never use the same password twice. P.S. I found it helpful to restart my devices once a day. It's crucial to hit restart and not shutdown and then just power back up. Most devices reset on restart and not shutdown. If you're a Yelp user, then you may be at risk because YELP made a few deals with Microsoft and is in your life ( like it or not ) to Yelp or not to Yelp is the question. Remember check for steering to: au site results and type .US every now and then. Oh and my financial losses equated to just over $300k trusting Bitdefender. I'll never recover my losses. Bitdefender offert us a total securiy for my network. Its easy to work with and wenn running a few scans of all the ports it ddidnt find a way in even AI didnt. it monitors the systems well and in notifications you can clearly see what site caused problems and got blocked. The Vpn works wel and we like normal can use netflix etc. The customer service is within 24 hours adressing my problems 1 by 2 very efficcient.
Ich hatte hier schon einmal über meine Erfahrung mit der Firma Bitdefender berichtet. Dazu gibt es etwas Neues: Ich musste diese Firma leider bitten, mir den Namen und die Anschrift des Hauptverantwortlichen mitzuteilen, weil ich diese Angaben für eine Betrugsanzeige benötige. Mal sehen, ob eine solche Person bei Bitdefender bekannt ist.
In meinem gewerblichen Account sind sensible Daten ungeschützt. Keine App Sperre und kein Konto Schutz. Ebenso ist das Einloggen auf die VPN Premium App nicht möglich. Erst nach mehreren E-Mails wurde zumindest eine APP SPERRE die allerdings nicht alle von mir geforderten Apps abdeckt, eingerichtet. In der App kommt es öfters zu Ausfällen von wichtigen Sicherheits relevanten Funktionen. Die Leistungen der App sind für mich bisher trotz Prämium Produkten mangelhaft.

Anti virus très complexe d'utilisation....avec de multiples contradictions d'informations....cher, très cher, trop cher pour ce que c'est....pas honnête sur la reconduction du contrat....pensez à prendre un délai assez long pour résilier sinon la reconduction est tacite et le prix explose....manque d'honnêteté. I would like to report to the engineers that there is a major bug in the Total Security Software which requires a fix. When iBitdefender total security is installed the program caused a error with the \"Standard NVM Express Controller\" driver under Storage Controllers in the Device Manager in Windows 11 Home. When an external SSD drive is connected to a Thunderbolt 4 USB port it results in an error in the NVM Express Controller driver and the external SSD drive is not recognized by the operating system unless the system is rebooted. I confirmed that Bitdefender was causing the driver error by uninstalling Bitdefender which solved the problem and reinstalling recreated the driver error. When Bitdefender was uninstalled the external SSD drive is able to be hot swap when attached to any Thunderbolt 4 USB ports and there was no longer an error in the driver for the NVM Controller
First, so many sites will not connect where I have to go and disconnect it. Then there are many ,many times, like right now. When ot will not disconnect for hours, even when I reboot my phone. I have had this now on my android for 8 months and I think I am going to un install it and stop paying for it.

Ils ont fameusement dégringolé chez Bitdefender et vont encore en perdre des clients pour ces raisons ; on ne contacte pas un call center pour obtenir une aide par e-mail parce que la personne ne comprends et ne s'exprime pas correctement en français. Où va-t'on ? Prochain renouvellement d'abonnement, je change de fournisseur, ça c'est clair. En plus ce n'est pas une réponse à vos questions qu'ils envoient mais un questionnaire dans le but de traîner les choses en longueur alors que par téléphone, cela aurait été résolu en 2 minutes.
I recently found out that BitDefender has removed the ability to block websites under "Online Threat Prevention". BitDefender Total Security appear to have this feature in Parental Control, but it has been removed from "Online Threat Prevention". I do not want to block a website for a child, I want to block it globally. There are instructions for how to so this all across the internet, but the "Action" dropdown under Exceptions is no longer there. It is disappointing when a company removes key features from their product. After years of being a loyal customer I am not going to be renewing.
Support meldet sich nicht zurück - keine Lösungen ! Passwort Manager ist das geld nicht Wert und taugt nichts ! Besonders schlimm ist die neue Version SecurePass unglaublich kompliziert und funktioniert nicht , extrem Langsam und zeigt zu wenig an !!War davor über 20 Jahre bei Kaspersky incl. Passwort Manager da hat alles extrem super perfekt geklappt und einwandfrei incl. super Übersicht!! Leider wegen Putin >/ krieg gewechselt ! Werde auf andere Sicherheit System umsteigen und Passwort Manager !! Besonders der hohe Preis für so ein schlechtes Produkt ist nicht gerechtfertigt !! Wahrscheinlich reicht sogar die normalen MS - Windows Sicherheiten heutzutage aus , bevor man sich mit solchen programmen ärgert !!
I just had a question for Support. As with the other 2 times they answered within a few hours with a step by step paragraph which helped me do what I needed to do. I was very impressed again with the speed of the answer but also that they really knew what they were doing.
