I ordered a plant pot from the company, when I got it, it wasn’t suitable for purpose, which was my fault, berkfield were so helpful with the returns, no quibble and no questions and a very quick refund Great company, definitely use them again

Was advertised as double bed base with 17 slats. Slats came and no bed. When i emailed they said it was just for the slats. But that was NOT what was advertised at all. Offered me 25% refund when sad no they offered 50% wont be buying again disgraceful
