After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

We bought an Aluminium Gazebo from B&Q online which in turn turned out to be a "marketplace" sale from Berkfield home. It arrived damaged and of very poor quality considering the price and after contacting B&Q they redirected us to Berkfield Customer support whom instantly offered us 25% of our money back, on refusal, they offered 50% back. We insisted we wanted to return the sub quality item and were told to package it up and let them know when it was ready to be picked up, which we did. We were then given a full refund WITHOUT them picking the item up and were told to dispose of the gazebo as we saw fit. So it's now on us to dispose of a product that they obviously knew was sub standard, and! was not made of aluminium and had rusted in the few weeks it was built. I would never buy anything from this company.

We ordered a river stone basin but when it arrived it didnβt look as we had hoped in the space we wanted to put it so asked to return the item. Customer service was fantastic, helpful, polite and efficient and a refund was swiftly organised. Many thanks for your help.

The bed was not fit for purpose and poorer quality than we expected, but the customer service and returns arrangements were helpful, prompt and comprehensive.

Bought 2x black bedside drawers and they were beyond shocking. Completely off, scratched all over the sides and top,missing the bottom of 1 drawer, broken screws in the box and the drawers catch every time you try to open them. The customer service was brilliant and was given a full refund without even having to send them back which was appreciated but they were that badly made they were binned without even being used.
