My order cancelled.

Ordered an outside garden table, with advertised free delivery. My ordered was cancelled - asked why, and email reply said "problem with carrier." Be aware! I wonder if it's because I live in the city of Inverness, on the UK mainland? I wonder if they cancel orders to Cornwall? So much for free delivery - I'm getting no delivery at all, and won't use this company ever again.
