After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I bought a 'high gloss' bathroom unit from berkfield via the debenhams sale. I paid £70, it retails for over £100. There is nothing high gloss about this unit. It has got to be one of the worst self build packs I have every come across. The quality is very poor, certainly not worth the money

I made a mistake with the sizing and although I bought via Debenhams I was told to deal with manufacturer themselves. I must say Berkfield were an absolute pleasure to deal with. So easy to contact via email and was dealt with within two working days.

Emailed for a refund as product was too difficult to assemble First offered 25% and keep item Then 50% and keep item Finally offered full refund which was credited to my account immediately and can keep item Very quick response to my emails
