After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

The company provides great customer service. Delivery was very fast. Unfortunately, the solid pine tv cabinet was not as sturdy as I had expected, I contacted Berkfield Home to arrange a return. I was impressed with Holly who responded to my emails promptly, courteously and very professionally throughout the entire process. The turn around for the refund was one day! Thank you Holly.

I ordered the berkfield home sideboard white 37.5x35.5x67.5cm engineered wood through the Debenhams website. Firstly when opening it up I noticed marks and chips in the wood ruining the white aesthetic. This is very cheaply made and certainly not worth Β£43 (on offer down from Β£129). Secondly some of the holes for the dowels are far too deep and too wide which caused the build to be completely unbalanced creating gaps between the pieces, also was missing 1 dowel for the last piece. Lastly the pieces did not have number/letter labels so had to completely guess what piece went where. Would not recommend.
