FIVE STAR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…

I never usually write reviews because companies nowadays have no idea of customer service, but I have to leave an absolutely excellent review of the incredible service I received from them. I received a product that was not suitable when it arrived, and they were so helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them and we resolved the issue without any problems whatsoever. They were super fast in answering my emails, quite a shock, as usually when you contact a company regarding a problem you’re still waiting a week or two later for a reply!! Not so with Berkfield Home , replied within 10 mins on every single email. Companies should take training sessions with this company on how customer service should be done. Once again thank you so much 😊
