After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I emailed Berkfield a query about my order Saturday evening and I received a response back Sunday morning, a few emails back and forth and my query was dealt efficiently and promptly! I wasnβt expecting such a quick response as it was the weekend and some companies say up to 5 working days! But yes, thank to James for helping me today. Very good customer service!

The Berkfield Day Bed we brought via Debenhams came with missing parts and low quality. The return and refund took longer than expected due to an error in their system, but once I raised the review they quickly responded and refunded the bed.

I ordered but ended up going on holiday when they delivered but they were fantastic straight away gave me a refund and kept me updated throughout very personable experience. Canβt fault them as a business and on service ten out of ten!!

Can't find out wether the drawers on their vanity units are soft close or not, and nothing is mentioned in the description for the item on their website, I raised this query through Debenhams and they still haven't had a reply.
