I ordered a garden planter from…
I ordered a garden planter from Debenhams and it came from Berkfield Home, I wasn't happy with the quality and wanted to return the return policy says to email them quoting the reference to request a return, I've done this 4 times now with no response at all. Tried to get a contact telephone number but that just tells you to email them and will get a response within 2 working days, I'm still waiting. I would recommend people never to order anything from this company!! hope they read this review and contact me back I'm at a complete loss at the moment!!
