quick and very helpful service . Purchased a rug which on arrival did not match my expectation. James promptly dealt with my request and expressed apologies that this time the purchase had disappointed me. My refund has been very quickly organised. Extremely good customer care from this company

NO FINISH ON THE WOOD
I spent a lot of time researching buying a screen and choose yours. Sadly, it did not look like the photo, it feels like a cheap plywood and the wood has no finish on it so is rough to the touch, like an unvarnished garden fence. I sadly ended up buying one from Futon. However Holly was fantastic and offered to refund and not to send it back for my convenience. Not sure what I can do with it but very kind.
