After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

The bed frame arrived in a small box. Upon trying to assemble the bed it became quickly apparent that the manufacturing tolerances were extremely poor. All the holes for the bolts required drilling out as the bolts would not fit. Some components which were meant to be the same size were different lengths. The instructions were poor and actually incorrect in some places. Some of the wood was not cut square.The only good thing I can say about the bed is it has a nice mattress. (Oh wait a minute, we bought that elsewhere) As an industrial designer I was appalled at the standard of production, but as they used to say on mastermind, I’ve started so I’ll finish.
Placed a UK order online (5463104) and they refused to ship it. No product and no refund as yet. Shocking customer service, buy elsewhere.
Unfortunately the product I received was not to the standard and specification I expected per the website images and description so I wouldn't give any stars for that, however the customer service I received from Sam was exemplary. She responded quickly to each of my emails whilst she tried to find a solution to the problem and she was courteous throughout the process. In the end I had to reject the product and Sam issued a full refund immediately. Customer service such as this is sadly becoming a rare commodity so when people like Sam do such a good job trying to help, it really stands out. She is most definitely an asset to the company.
Great service from Lauren at Berkfield. I had ordered an item which had inadvertently been sent to my old address as I had not changed my account to my new address. On contacting Lauren she advised that the recipient should reject the order and it would be returned without charges. I arranged this and reordered item to my new address. A refund was processed speedily and new order received. Very happy customer
I wanted to cancel an order because I had to go away without notice. I tried to cancel this morning and although the item is still awaiting dispatch the person the other end said it was not possible. this means it will likely be stolen from my door step . Very bad customer service and no understanding whatsover. I tried to explain but have had no reply .
I am very please with this company. I ordered a table which was too small for my outdoor patio so I decided to return it. The company responded to my message really quickly and even offered me a full refund without retuning the table. My query was dealt without delay and the money was refunded within a day or two. Highly recommend this company.
