Very professional company
The item I bought was sub standard and not fit for purpose, however the response from the team was immediate and professional. I sent photos and after a couple of emails I was given a full refund. Excellent result. Great experience

Great customer service
Ordered the wrong bed by mistake, (I needed a pullout bed and ordered one that looks the same but it's not pullout). I got in touch with customer service and they agreed to refund the amount so that I could order the correct bed. They were accomodating and understanding. I only don't give 5 Stars because the bed is poor quality. But I was expecting this from the price I paid. I only need it as a temporary solution.

I ordered some bookshelves recently that had issues in terms of quality. I was not happy and reached out to the customer services team to resolve a return and refund. James from the customer service team was incredibly helpful and tried his best to resolve the issue. I received a full refund and appreciate James help in closing this issue out.
