After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I ordered quite a few items in Sonoma Oak from this company via the Debenhams website, in future I will order directly from Berkfield. The quality of the items was satisfactory for the price however I needed to return and have a refund for some of the items. I dealt with Holly and James from Berkfield who immediately processed the refund request and escalated the matter to Debenhams when they had not issued the refund, I then received the refund from Debenhams.
I bought a Berkfield small double white metal bed. It came in small box. Lots of pieces. Nothing labelled/coded. You could work out what some things were but there were 4x2 pieces that all looked the same although once you had assembled- few steps later it was apparent that each piece had a different screw. Not visable externally and no no reference to this on the so called manual. Which was incredibly poor and the drawings were ridiculous. Very small and impossible to work out without a good deal of time. It has taken hours to assemble. Not sure if everything is right. Pathetic. It must be about mone- all it needed was for each piece to be numbered on a small sticker which could be matched to the instructions. If you buy make sure you put aside at least a day to assemble and another day for your back and hands to recover. Tools were also pretty pathetic 😫😫
Phenomenal customer service. One of the best customer experiences I have received in some time. Would definitely be a repeat customer .
I ordered a room devider from the company which appeared to be nothing like the picture provided. It was very bad quality and very unstable. When I asked for a return I got offered 25% return and I could keep therefore the room devider. Guess that kept me from the costs of sending it back. I am highly disappointed and will never use that company again, never mind that I placed my order through Debenhams which I thought was a reputable company.

I bought a radiator cover from B&Q and Berkfield Home was the third part seller. The item came quickly via courier but sadly the mdf was very thin, flimsy and had chips in the top edges as well as a broken fixture which rendered the whole product unusable. I contacted customer support who were great, they refunded the full amount and let me keep the item. Which was a bit of a pain because I can't use it but the gesture was nice.
The items arrived too late, I ordered another set which I’ve built and no longer require your items. I’ve been offered a substantial refund and don’t have to return the items. As long as I recover my outlay and the items get a new home. The respect to solving the issue has been excellent. Thank you
