After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The customer service I have received has been amazing. My circumstances changed and I asked to return the item. Holly has been in constant contact with me and resolved my issue to a very high quality standard.
190 bolts for one bedside cabinet and missing bolts and hacksaw required for chest of drawers to ensure it fitted in place as oversized. They offered 25%, then 50% refund, then a full refund to keep the item. What does that tell you…. Donated to charity!!!

I was eager to have a new tv unit as my old one got broken but unfortunately when what I ordered arrived, the assembling instructions were not clear and the parts were not properly labelled which made putting the pieces together extremely difficult and frustrating. I contacted the company to have it returned but after back and forth, the company offered to pay back full refund of the item for me to keep the product. Now I’ve had to wait for another product to be delivered from another company as I’ve been faced with emotional stress and time wasting in attempting to fix the product. I am not happy about this at all and I wish I never made that purchase in the first place.

I can not fault berkfield home is just a shame you sell through Debenhams , you dealt with my return within 3 days and I was so great full but I am still waiting for my money from Debenhams they say it takes 21 days never heard of that before , but I big thank you to you for sorting out my refund ,
