After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

New Update - 30th April The refund was processed on the 17th April and I still haven't received the money back into my account. The refund amount is Β£404, so not a small amount to not be returned as yet. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. Berkfield Home have passed responsibility of the refund on to Debenhams and are blaming them for not having it returned yet. No accountability between any of the companies. Do not buy from this marketplace. You can get the same products from more reputable sellers. Updated Review: The team at Berkfield Homes got in touch with me the day after by email and issued a full refund apologising for a different branded product being sent out. They work with over 60 different brand partners. I'm still waiting for the refund to hit my account, which is now 9 days and counting since they said they were refunding me. Who know if I will ever get that money back... .................................. Ordered a 6 piece wooden pallet garden set from Berkfield Home through the Debenham website to find out that the product is actually being sent from the online retailer called VidaXL. VidaXL products are poor quality, and I don't appreciate being lied to. If I wanted a VidaXL product I would have ordered a VidaXL product. I've requested the items to be returned mid-transit with a full refund. I will keep everyone updated on how that goes.
