Customer service excellent

I ordered a planter and when it arrived l realised it was way too small. I contacted the company and Sam responded very quickly. He was incredibly helpful and although purchase wasn't suitable he was more than good at resolving the matter

Whole process has been a debacle

Whole process has been a debacle - when I purchased I was never sent a receipt email. We had no notification from delivery operator and just found boxes outside our house when we got home. Outdoor furniture photos were very misleading and items arrived very poor quality and smaller than expected, thin uncomfortable cushions. Then when we want a refund there's no response from Debenhams who were on-selling or from Berkfield for more than 24 hours and no advice about even when a reply should be expected.

Has potential but unfortunately no. Customer services are quick and efficient.

Unfortunately I purchased a table through Debenhams which there’s no way this is worth £297 prior to sale. Anyways, the table itself (the look and colour) was really nice, however the quality wasn’t it, lots of chipped bits, unstable and flimsy and it’s super inconvenient for me as I’ve got kids and I don’t want this to be a hazard in my own home. I honestly think there’s a lot of potential with the looks they’ve got for their furniture but the quality needs work/attention. Given the right materials and stability I’m going to go as far as potentially something on the ‘luxury’ side. Nevertheless, James was the person I spoke from customer services; I was a little frustrated because I honestly do not want the table and currently in the process of finding a new one - regardless of the back and forth and the gesture of allowing me to keep the table with £ off or even a replacement I just didn’t think this was suitable. He was lovely overall I do apologise for any inconvenience as they are just there to sort out inquiries but from a customer’s point of view it can be a little disappointing when you order something and it’s not up to the standard described.

WOW, Customer Service Excellence

WOW, I have made several purchases previously with no issues, on this one occasion the product was faulty (these things happen on occasions), more importantly if there is an issue, then the way it is dealt with is what will make the difference. Holly from Berkfield has owned communication from start to finish and has resolved the issue with little fuss. Thanks Holly, for providing a timely and amicable solution, your Customer Service is one good reason to why I will continue to shop through your portal.

Product not right, but customer service was excellent

Unfortunately the sofa had missing parts and was not as expected. I contacted Beckfield Homes customer service and Holly has been amazing. She was quick to offer a solution to the problem. Thanks again Holly, much appreciated.
