The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

After spotting a once in a lifetime property come up for sale, we decided to seize the day & rang Beercocks it’s agent who swiftly booked us a viewing. We didn’t even have our own house on the market at this point. We just adored the property & thought we had to try to make it ours. We put in a note of interest & after a couple of frantic valuations on our own property later, thought the organisation, response and professionalism of Beercocks along with the value was amazing so signed to them.
Within days the photos were done, premarket emails sent & we had several offers at asking price before even hitting Rightmove! More were to come & Beercocks could have sold our property 20 x over with their wide reach of area & expertise but we still had to get our offer accepted on the house we wanted which was very popular & it’s vendor didn’t want a chain!
Jordan our agent at Beercocks was unbelievable!! It was literally like having a family member working in house for you, he went over & above to find us a buyer at the level we needed & with no chain. He fought so hard to get us our forever home & we could not have asked him to do all he did, or the the rest of the team. Someone always answered the phone & emails or were calling us & keeping us right up to date!
We moved in the day before stamp duty thresholds changed again just to add stress but I really feel Jordan carried us through it all, we even laughed.. a lot!
I do believe fortune favours the brave but it also helped having Beercocks & I now understand why people say they would only ever use them. You won’t get this service or commitment anywhere else I’m sure!! Glad not be moving anymore but will miss chatting to Jordan; we now have a new family friend however! ☺️

They gave us regular updates and guided us through the whole process right up to completion.

We were abit stuck with clearing the house ourselves which was largely full, when we asked them for advice they even recommended a local house clearance company called Noah’s ark. Who did the clearance for free for us which took so much of the hassle out the equation.
From start to finish we were extremely pleased.
