The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

We put our house up for sale with Beercocks. Every member of staff I spoke to knew everything about what stage we are at, what decisions had been made by ourselves and respected every decision we made. The staff gave us guidance as well as understanding and respecting the reasons behind our decision making, they were friendly, supportive and respectful. I would like to particularly thank Natalie who throughly understood our position and supported us throughout. The communication at all levels from the taking of photos of our property, through to the sale was outstanding.
