The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

Everything was explained very well in layman's terms right from the beginning. They kept us abreast with what was going on with messages and emails all the time. Everything was done with a friendly and happy manner which put us at ease.
