The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

Nothing but trouble from the first call
Had a viewing, agent was late and had no clue about the property,
Had another viewing of a different property booked in and then cancelled 40 minutes before the viewing and they knew an hour before they called me.
The person who called me to say they cancelled the viewing was rude and unprofessional not even an apology.
Would not recommend to anyone. Half the time cannot even get through to a person when you call.
