Brilliant service

Communication was very efficient when selling my house. I dealt with Eden who was very professional. I was kept updated every step of the way, which was great as I didn’t have to do any chasing. I had a very good experience with Beercocks and would use them again. The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them. I received the asking price.

We can't praise Beercocks enough. From the marketing material to the professional, friendly staff. Our negotiator Jack was on the ball and kept us in the loop at all times. Their pre-sale marketing secured a sale without being advertised on Rightmove.

Very good service from start to finish even though I sold during Covid restrictions. Everything was dealt with very efficiently, including organising the high number of viewings that I had in such a short time.

Great experience dealing with Beercocks from start to finish. Knowledgeable, transparent and do exactly what they say they will. Even with a difficult sale I was constancy kept in the loop and they always acted in my best interests. Friendly, reliable staff, would recommend to anyone!

you need to keep to your promise to communicate with your clients, I was promised call returns from Elaine, lost count how many times she failed to do so. our house sale failed on 2 occasions,as the buyers could not meet their offers, you need to put in a system to verify if they can afford to proceed, you took 7 months to complete..abysmal service worst ever, would NOT recommend BEERCOCKS to my enemy, as for your Solicitor choice offered to us, they were worse, PEPPERILLS were utter rubbish.....

You will not be disappointed!

I was somewhat (unfairly) sceptical about the service Beercocks would deliver when selling my property, most likely because I knew nothing about them and would normally use a more well known name. But, how wrong could I be? From meeting Henry to completion of the sale in 10 weeks they were simply brilliant. Communication was first class. They did everything they could to get the sale through quickly and I have not hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. You will not be disappointed!
