I’m not sure I can express how grateful I am to the Kingswood team at Beercocks. This was my first time selling a house and from the first valuation appointment with Henry to accepting an offer was one week! The team kept in regular contact with me, providing me with feedback and advice daily. I have also just had an offer accepted on a dream home with Beercocks, all within a 2 week period! A HUGE thank you to Alice in particular who has been in contact with me every day and answered my million questions, she couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring. I trusted her advice and have her to thank for being accepted on a house I love. She’s a real asset to the company.
