I had a very good experience with Beercocks and would use them again.
The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.
I received the asking price.

From the initial phone call, through to placing an offer and beyond, the Hedon office have been faultless.
Answering our queries, taking the time to put us at ease, nothing has been too much trouble.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Beercocks as an estate agent.
At first we felt Beercocks hadn't done much at all as the first and only couple to view our home bought it.. but as soon as things became tricky during the sale Nicky was amazing. She was constantly chasing up the chain, always kept us informed and made us realise how glad we were that we chose Beercocks. New deadlines kept cropping up and new problems arising but Nicky always tried her best to solve everything as quick as possible and to help in any way she could. Can't thank you enough Nicky, we may not have ended up moving at all if it wasn't for you!

Great experience so far with Jade and staff at the Willerby Branch. Regular updates and advice. We had 10 offers on our property which must have been difficult to collate but was done swiftly and clearly for us. Looking forward to the rest of this stressful process - made easier by Beercocks. 😊
Really disappointed with my experience, I found my dream house, put an offer in but unfortunately the seller went with a higher offer. I got a call a couple or so weeks later from the estate agent who shared the property may be going back on market unless my offer still stood, I was so excited as this was my dream house, I shared that my offer still stands. I then got an email from Beercocks congratulating me, my offer had been accepted and requesting documents as soon as possible, I sent these documents by the end of the day and contacted my solicitor to share the good news and finished my mortgage deal. I then get a call within the next 2 days telling me there may be a problem with the seller and they would get back to me as soon as they could. A couple of days after that the estate agent called me to share that the buyer is now waiting on the original buyers to resolve their issue. Its been nearly 3 weeks and still no update from estate agent. To have them contact me, raise my hopes, accept my offer, I send everything they want, then leave me like this for nearly 3 weeks with no update on what is going on. I think that is poor customer service and think it is rather cruel leaving people in limbo like this.
On reflection, I know it is not the estate agent fault that the seller is playing with peoples lives like this but I feel it is not right to formally accept a persons offer, professionals are instructed to act, begin searches etc then your just cast aside by the seller, tighter more fairer rules on this need to be implemented.
