Brilliant service

Communication was very efficient when selling my house. I dealt with Eden who was very professional. I was kept updated every step of the way, which was great as I didn’t have to do any chasing. I had a very good experience with Beercocks and would use them again. The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them. I received the asking price.

We can't praise Beercocks enough. From the marketing material to the professional, friendly staff. Our negotiator Jack was on the ball and kept us in the loop at all times. Their pre-sale marketing secured a sale without being advertised on Rightmove.

House Valuation

I booked a valuation of one of my rented out properties through three estate agents one of them being Beercocks of Hedon.The delightful Georgina of Beercocks had organised the valuation within 10 min of me being in the office, and everything was done within a week. She gave me a courtesy call two weeks later to check on all the details I had received and if I was happy. Everything I asked of Georgina, she did in the timelines required. Unfortunately the other two companies let me down on various things... So thankyou Beercocks and thankyou Georgina.. Great job😊

Excellent service and lightening fast sale.

Henry visited the house on Wednesday and advised on how we should market the property. Following his advice the details were sent to clients on Beecocks books, viewings were arranged over the Easter Bank Holiday. This led to 7 offers on the house and the sale was agreed on the Tuesday. Now just 7 weeks later we have completed. Both Jess and Danielle should be commended for their helpful and friendly service, keeping me informed and liaising with the buyer and the solicitors throughout. I would certainly use Beercocks again.

Beercocks best by country mile

So far Beercocks is easily the best Estate Agency I have used. All the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication has, on the whole, been very good. Jo in particular has been superb at showing people round the house and her advice and support has been invaluable. The journey to the house being sold subject to contract has been excellent and I'm looking forward to a hopefully equally smooth journey to completion.

Beercocks are truly amazing

Beercocks are truly amazing! Hannah from fine & country & Jade from Willerby have just been the best! We sold our property a while ago and was waiting for the right house for purchase! Hannah was keeping me up to date with properties all the time and finally found us our perfect home! We are really grateful to Hannah and Jade for making the process so easy! I cannot and I mean cannot recommend Beercocks enough! It’s been a pleasure selling and buying with you!
