As usual Fraser at Silverburn shop came up with the best deal when arranging my next holiday. He always makes sure everything is exactly what I want.
Rhion, in the Darlington branch was very helpful, she showed a genuine interest in our holiday requirements. Rhion found us a great deal which ticked all the right boxes. We went to Barrhead following a friends recommendation, so glad we did and will certainly book with them again.

We have all gone away from using travel agents thinking we can build a cheaper package. Whilst in some cases that might be true, a quicker and easier method with no stress involves using Barrhead Travel. I’ve used Caitlin and Margaret at the Forge, Glasgow Parkhead Branch for about 4 holidays and they have always found me fabulous places with great reviews. Both ladies are patient, friendly and apply discounts where possible.

Booking over the phone with Megan very easy and Megan very knowledgeable. And phoned me back when she said she would.also asked for hard copies of confirmation docs. She asked if I was in town and when I was just call in and we will print them for you.called in and saw Emma who was also very helpful and very pleasant and quick at printing the docs. So all and all nice friendly and knowledgeable staff

Having not been abroad in such a long time, I decided to try Barhead travel to help me arrange our trip to Orlando. I was put in touch with Frank Laing. Frank listened to my brief, and within a couple of hrs he came up with a package that exceeding my expectations. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond, checked in on us to make sure we had all the info we needed. We couldn’t have been any happier with the service he provided. My son and I had a fantastic trip. Thank you Frank & Barhead travel. We’ll be using you again, couldn’t recommend you guys enough.
