Polite, knowledgeable staff who took time to fully explain all the details regarding our holiday to Krakow. The office was bright and welcoming and we will recommend your services to others, while also returning our selves for further trips abroad.

We had already chosen our holiday. The assistant helped us make the most of our discount vouchers. She also explained the payment plan, which I hadn't had explained, despite booking several holidays with Jet2 at Barrhead

We've used Barrhead Travel Dunfermline to book quite a few holidays now, and always find the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have booked with both Andy and more recently Marc. Marc helped us last year to choose a cruise for this year, and it definitely didn't disappoint, so much so that we went back in 2 weeks after returning to book another one. Nothing is too much trouble, I would 100% recommend using them for all your holiday needs.

The staff in the Selby branch are so knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what I wanted to find somewhere perfect for me. Highly recommended!

I normally book online however I feel going into the shop was easier & they matched the price I was quoted. I will book in a store from now on as very helpful & not pushy staff.

You can tell they actually care about you abd want to give you tge best advice and knowledgeable information they can they know your name and talk to you as a person and friend abd when you come back from your holiday they phone ir message you asking of your time away . I booked my holiday with Barrhead Travel. As a single parent I book in advance so I have time to pay it off. I had an idea of where I'd like to go but nothing set in stone. Kirsty from Barrhead Travel listened to what my requirements were and not only found me the most breath taking venue and location but got me the most amazing deal! The kind of holiday I'd only ever dreamed of is now a reality because of Kirsty. Can't recommend her enough. She really takes on board what the client desires and finds you the best deal. If you aren't in the Dundee area just phone up the shop and ask for her because she's the lady to get you your best holiday!

Newcastle Barrhead Emma made us feel welcome sat us down asked where we would like to go she spent the next 45 minutes trying to find us some where that was suitable for us to go due us being pensioners. We were very satisfied and would recommend them to everyone. Mr Evans Newcastle SOT
