The young lady that attended us was very helpful and listened to my driving needs. I was originally given a keyless car, which the other personnel indicated was easy to use. But I am an old school driver and preferred a car with real keys. This young lady was very understanding of my needs and helped me to change the original allocated car. Thank you.d

I live in Adelaide and could have picked up the car directly from Marleston which is quite a way from the airport but there's nothing on the website to indicate where they are. So trying to pick up from the airport is a pain as you need to contact them by phone and then wait in a place that's unclear to be picked up. I'm sure many people are nervously waiting for nearly half an hour before the van comes. They don't have enough staff so be prepared for a long wait in the queue. And then unfortunately I left something in the car but trying to contact their contact Centre is very difficult as after 20 minute way on the phone your automatically told there's no one available and to call back later. All in frustrating I guess that's why their prices are cheaper. On the plus side the car I hired was actually good.

Very reasonable rates and there was no fuss to change the pickup from the airport to the city depot.

Service was good and have used a number of times from this branch but left a phone in the car, have tried calling and left multiply times. No call back, no follow up, no call to let us know we left the phone in the car, and was happy get someone to collect or we collect in a few weeks on return.

Booked through a third party and there were gaps in info about insurance, shuttle bus pick up. Ended up having to pay for extra coverage that I’m sure I’d already paid for through the website. Upon returning the vehicle watched as the shuttle bus driver watched everyone struggle to get their bags on board without offering to help anyone and then proceeded to drive like a maniac to the airport, slam on the brakes and stand around again and watched everyone struggle to drag their bags out. Won’t be using them ever again.

I asked for the cheapest option and still charged for the insurance. I didn’t realise until I got back to the car but I couldn’t be bothered coming back in. I wasn’t going to bother to even wirite the review but it keeps popping up so there you go.

Long waiting time for pickup

I thought bargain car will bargain the quality of rented car but, provide me with this 5 seaters bigger car with low rental. The car is new and got so many functions. Car Rental is so low I never expected to have such a new car.

The staff were really very helpful. We had an issue with the rental car and immediately they gave the other options and solved the issues. Especially Josef was really helpful and the replied all queries after the car was dropped off.

Good service excellent car

Customer service was excellent! I needed to return the car early and because I booked through an external provider (bookings.com) I couldn't a refund. The attendant upgraded me to no insurance excess and return without refueling.
