I'd like to start by saying that I'm not a current, or previous customer of Banning and that this review is my opinion following communications with the company. I emailed Banning about their price match promise, shown on their website. My current dentist offers a lower price and a longer session for a hygiene appointment and I wanted check if Banning were able to match this price. In their first response, they did not mention that they're unable to match the price, but provided a vague answer that stated "cost of such treatments is not determined by the time spent but rather by the outcome achieved" and suggested that my overall dental bill could be more economical with them. I asked for clarification and if they were able to offer a price match or not. In their second response, they stated the price of their dental check ups and that the combined fee of a dental check up and hygiene appointment would likely be higher at my current dentist. They then concluded that they were "unable to offer a better rate on these smaller treatments". In my opinion, the information team's responses were vague, rude and condescending and did not leave me with a clear understanding about why they were unable to price match on this occasion, or the price match process.

Due to grinding my teeth from young and not wearing a night guard my teeth had got into an awful state . I actually needed a whole rehabilitation of my mouth and teeth but couldn’t afford that so Dr Doo Roo was still happy to send off my xrays to see if there was anything could be done . Thankfully and to my relief he had a plan which was affordable for me.I had composite bonding on 16 teeth and he had to do some readjustments and wow I can honestly say he’s changed my life . I would never smile in photos and was so conscious of my teeth . I can now smile with confidence. Such a lovely dentist who will go that extra mile to try to help you , kind and reassuring too . Would highly recommend him without a doubt . Cannot speak highly enough of him . All of his colleagues are welcoming too and really nice people . Much cheaper than my own NHS dentist too as have now compared prices and I would say near on 2k less for what I had done .

Molly in reception,Faye & Emma along with the dentist Dr Bamo.. were able to listen and explain the treatment options and made a nervous potential patient like me feel less nervous, which is very much appreciated.

Banning dental - Blackfriars I started my treatment over a year ago, where I had braces fitted by a French doctor unfortunately I can’t remember his name but, he was amazing. Dr Doorhroo completed my cosmetic dentistry and fitting of 2 bridges he did a fabulous job of closing my gaps and whitening my teeth. I’m a very nervous patient but, Dr Doorhroo was so patient with me and put me at ease. Great service all round. Most of all I have a perfect smile giving me the confidence I needed. Thanks very much to all the team at Banning Blackfriars’s, you are the best!

i have suffered aweek of anxiety needlessly The dentist was greatworked well with his assistant spoke to me through out asked if i was ok and explained what he was doing to my teeth .t soon was able to be in the chair without my knuckles clenched . Left the clinic Happy quite willing to return another day Teeth look wonderful Me 81yrs

Banning Dentist provides excellent dental care with a personal touch. The staff is friendly, and the dentists are very thorough. I always leave with a big smile!
